You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as you've placed your order. All orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is fulfilled, you should receive a shipping confirmation email from Tutu & Lulu with your tracking, if applicable.
All orders with standard shipping will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS.

Please take in consideration weekends, holidays, postal strikes, customs clearance, and weather delays.
Tutu & Lulu is not responsible for any delays by domestic or international postal services, lost or stolen packages.
Any customs fees, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Return and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please e-mail email@example.com to request a refund or exchange within 14 business days of receiving your package. Exchanges or refunds requested outside of this time frame will be subject to approval and credit only.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your refund or exchanges back to Tutu & Lulu will be the responsibility of the customer. Packages requiring COD or other fees will not be accepted.

We work fast to process your order. If you happen to change your mind, please send a cancelation request by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that sending a request does not automatically cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request to let you know if we could process your cancellation. Regrettably, if your order is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
